- A bill to create a Michigan Army National Guard and Air National Guard apprenticeship program; and to provide for the powers and duties of certain state governmental officers and entities. Was read a second time, and the question being on the adoption of the proposed substitute (H-3) previously recommended by the Committee on Rules, The substitute (H-3) was adopted, a majority of the members serving voting therefor. Rep. Jaime Greene moved that the bill be placed on the order of Third Reading of Bills. The motion prevailed. By unanimous consent the House returned to the order of Third Reading of Bills Rep.
