Rep. Fitzgerald moved that Reps. Byrnes, Herzberg, Weiss and Wilson be excused temporarily from today’s session. The motion prevailed. Third Reading of Bills House Bill No. 5504, entitled A bill to create the state digital service office; to require reports; and to provide for the powers and duties of certain state governmental officers and entities. The bill was read a third time. The question being on the passage of the bill, Rep. Jaime Greene moved to substitute (H-1) the bill.
