In The Chair: Smit The House agreed to the title of the bill. Rep. Posthumus moved that the bill be given immediate effect. The motion prevailed, 2/3 of the members serving voting therefor. House Bill No. 5505, entitled A bill to create the digital oversight office; and to prescribe the powers and duties of the office, certain officials, and state agencies. The bill was read a third time. The question being on the passage of the bill, Rep. Jaime Greene moved to substitute (H-1) the bill. The motion was seconded and the substitute (H-1) was adopted, a majority of the members serving voting therefor.
