Posthumus moved to amend the title to read as follows: A bill to amend 1972 PA 230, entitled “Stille-DeRossett-Hale single state construction code act,” (MCL 125.1501 to 125.1531) by adding section 11c. The motion prevailed. The House agreed to the title as amended. Rep. Posthumus moved that the bill be given immediate effect. The motion prevailed, 2/3 of the members serving voting therefor.
