- A bill to amend 1994 PA 451, entitled “Natural resources and environmental protection act” by amending section 30307 (MCL 324.30307), as amended by 2018 PA 631. Was read a second time, and the question being on the adoption of the proposed substitute (H-1) previously recommended by the Committee on Rules, The substitute (H-1) was adopted, a majority of the members serving voting therefor.
