- Appropriated from: State restricted funds 1% 0 State general fund/general purpose $ 0”. 4. Amend page 21, following line 7, by inserting: “PART 2A PROVISIONS CONCERNING APPROPRIATIONS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024-2025 Sec. 1201. Pursuant to section 30 of article IX of the state constitution of 1963, total state spending from state sources under part 1 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025 is $0 and total state spending from state sources to be paid to local units of government is $0. Sec. 1202. From the funds appropriated in part 1, the Civil Service Commission shall require that state employees in the classified civil service perform their work in-person at least four days per week, unless their job duties specifically require work performed off-site.” The question being on the adoption of the amendments, Senator Lauwers requested the yeas and nays.
