Cavanagh Irwin Polehanki Excused—1 Runestad Not Voting—0 In The Chair: Geiss Senator Hauck offered the following amendment: 1. Amend page 43, following line 20, by inserting: “Sec. 225. It is the intent of the legislature that the department maximize the efficiency of the state workforce and, where possible, prioritize in-person work, and post its in-person, remote, or hybrid work policy on its website.” The question being on the adoption of the amendment, Senator Lauwers requested the yeas and nays. The yeas and nays were ordered, 1/5 of the members present voting therefor. The amendment was not adopted, a majority of the members serving not voting therefor, as follows:
