The motion prevailed, the time being 10:20 a.m. 11:12 a.m. The Senate was called to order by the President pro tempore, Senator Moss. The following bill was read a third time: Senate Bill No. 207, entitled A bill to create a Michigan veterans coalition fund; and to provide for the powers and duties of certain state governmental officers and entities.
