Senator Singh moved that the Senate proceed to consideration of the following resolution: Senate Resolution No. 81 The motion prevailed. Senate Resolution No. 81. A resolution urging the Congress and the President of the United States to permanently extend the Affordable Care Act Enhanced Premium Tax Credit to help ensure that all individuals and families have equitable access to healthcare. (This resolution was reported by the Committee on Health Policy earlier today. See p. 1658.) The question being on the adoption of the resolution, Senator Singh requested the yeas and nays.
