The following bill was read a third time: Senate Bill No. 478, entitled A bill to authorize the state administrative board to transfer state-owned property in Livingston County from the administrative jurisdiction of the department of corrections to the administrative jurisdiction of the department of military and veterans affairs; and to provide for powers and duties of state agencies and departments with regard to the property and the jurisdictional transfer.
