House Bill No. 5092 The motion prevailed. The following bill was read a third time: House Bill No. 4135, entitled A bill to authorize the state administrative board to convey state-owned property in Jackson County; to prescribe conditions for the conveyance; to provide for powers and duties of state departments, agencies, and officers regarding the property; and to provide for disposition of revenue derived from the conveyance. The question being on the passage of the bill, Senator Klinefelt offered the following amendment: 1. Amend page 7, following line 15, by inserting: “Enacting section 1. This act does not take effect unless Senate Bill No. 478 of the 103rd Legislature is enacted into law.”. The amendment was adopted, a majority of the members serving voting therefor.
