Senator Albert offered the following amendment: 1. Amend page 2, line 5, after “(c)” by striking out the balance of the subdivision through “care.” on line 9 and inserting “Four individuals, each of whom is selected from a list of 3 or more nominees submitted by each of the following: the senate majority leader, the senate minority leader, the speaker of the house of representatives, and the minority leader of the house of representatives. Each list submitted under this subdivision must contain individuals who represent leaders or administrators in providing palliative care, represent patients receiving palliative care or family members of patients receiving palliative care, or who are subject matter expects in palliative care.” and relettering the remaining subdivisions. The amendment was adopted, a majority of the members serving voting therefor.
