The following bill was read a third time: Senate Bill No. 466, entitled A bill to amend 1971 PA 79, entitled “Age of majority act of 1971,” by amending sections 2 and 3 (MCL 722.52 and 722.53), section 2 as amended by 1990 PA 104 and section 3 as amended by 2022 PA 170. The question being on the passage of the bill, Senator Singh offered the following amendment: 1. Amend page 4, line 3, after “722.645.” by striking out the balance of the bill. The amendment was adopted, a majority of the members serving voting therefor.
