Amend page 315, following line 24, by inserting: “(4) The department of treasury shall not issue grants to county prosecutors that do not pursue charges against adult who engage in consensual sex work.”. 2. Amend page 317, following line 4, by inserting: “(4) The department of treasury shall not issue grants to county prosecutors that do not pursue charges against adult who engage in consensual sex work.”. The question being on the adoption of the amendments, Senator Lauwers requested the yeas and nays. The yeas and nays were ordered, 1/5 of the members present voting therefor.
