- Senator Lindsey offered the following amendments: 1. Amend page 11, by striking lines 15 and 16. 2. Amend page 11, line 25, after “$” by striking out “645,618,100” and inserting “706,744,600”. 3. Amend page 11, line 28, after “revenues” by striking out “502,066,000” and inserting “541,981,600”. 4. Amend page 12, line 6, after “purpose” by striking out “(161,013,900)” and inserting “(139,803,000)” and adjusting the subtotals, totals, and section 201 accordingly. The amendments were ruled out of order. Senator Anthony offered the following substitute: Substitute (S-5). The question being on the adoption of the substitute, Senator Lauwers requested the yeas and nays. The yeas and nays were ordered, 1/5 of the members present voting therefor.
