2:14 p.m. The Senate was called to order by the Assistant President pro tempore, Senator Cherry. During the recess, Senator Nesbitt entered the Senate Chamber. Senator Singh moved that the Senate proceed to consideration of the following bill: House Bill No. 4072 The motion prevailed. The following bill was read a third time: House Bill No. 4072, entitled A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled “Public health code,” (MCL 333.1101 to 333.25211) by adding sections 17773, 20817, and 21539. The question being on the passage of the bill, Senator Johnson entered the Senate Chamber. The bill was passed, a majority of the members serving voting therefor, as follows:
