“(k) The dwelling is located in the Upper Peninsula.”. Senator McBroom withdrew the amendment. Senator McBroom offered the following amendment: 1. Amend page 3, line 9, by striking out all of enacting section 1 and inserting: “Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect unless all of the following bills of the 103rd Legislature are enacted into law: (a) House Bill No. 4007. (b) House Bill No. 4283. (c) Senate Bill No. (request no. S04884’25) or House Bill No. 5571.”. Senator McBroom withdrew the amendment.
