- A bill to amend 1939 PA 280, entitled “The social welfare act,” (MCL 400.1 to 400.119b) by adding section 14n. The question being on the passage of the bill, Senator McBroom offered the following amendment: 1. Amend page 1, following line 9, by inserting: “Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect unless all of the following bills of the 103rd Legislature are enacted into law: (a) House Bill No. 4007. (b) House Bill No. 4283.”.
