- “Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect unless all of the following bills of the 103rd Legislature are enacted into law: (a) Senate Bill No. 460. (b) Senate Bill No. 461.”. Senator Nesbitt withdrew the amendment. Senator Nesbitt offered the following amendment: 1. Amend page 2, following line 14, by inserting: “Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect unless Senate Bill No. 9 of the 103rd Legislature is enacted into law.”. Senator Nesbitt withdrew the amendment.
