Rep. Beson moved to amend the bill as follows : 1. Amend page 2, line 14, after “ vehicles ” by striking out the balance of the subsection through line 21 and inserting a period. The motion did not prevail and the amendment was not adopted, a majority of the members serving not voting therefor. Rep. Aiyash moved that the bill be placed on the order of Third Reading of Bills.
