The Speaker laid before the House House Bill No. 4148, entitled A bill to amend 1927 PA 175, entitled “The code of criminal procedure,” (MCL 760.1 to 777.69) by adding section 15e to chapter XVII. (The bill was received from the Senate on April 19, with an amendment and full title inserted by the Senate, consideration of which, under the rules, was postponed until April 20, see House Journal No. 33, p. 459.)
