- (2) A local road agency receiving money under the local road agency preservation program must use the money for the preservation of local roads and streets as defined in section 10c of 1951 PA 51, MCL 247.660c. (3) “Local road agency” means that term as defined in section 9a of 1951 PA 51, MCL 247.659a.”.
