- A bill to amend 1954 PA 116, entitled “Michigan election law,” by amending section 2 (MCL 168.2), as amended by 2018 PA 603. The bill was read a third time. The question being on the passage of the bill, Rep. Tsernoglou moved to amend the bill as follows: 1. Amend page 4, following line 5, by inserting: “Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect unless Senate Bill No. 367 of the 102nd Legislature is enacted into law.”. The motion was seconded and the amendment was adopted, a majority of the members serving voting therefor.
