- Resolved by the House of Representatives, That the members of this legislative body declare September 2023 as Cholesterol Education Month in the state of Michigan. The question being on the adoption of the resolution, The resolution was adopted. Third Reading of Bills House Bill No. 4200, entitled A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled “Public health code,” by amending section 9206 (MCL 333.9206), as amended by 1996 PA 540, and by adding section 5474d. The bill was read a third time. The question being on the passage of the bill, Rep. Scott moved to substitute (H-2) the bill. The motion was seconded and the substitute (H-2) was adopted, a majority of the members serving voting therefor.
