- Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 10. A concurrent resolution to observe the 150th anniversary of the laying of the cornerstone of the Michigan State Capitol. (The concurrent resolution was received from the Senate and postponed for the day on October 4, see House Journal No. 80, p. 1890.) The question being on the adoption of the concurrent resolution, The concurrent resolution was adopted. Rep. Posthumus moved that Rep. Beeler be excused temporarily from today’s session. The motion prevailed.
