- The question being on agreeing to the title of the bill, Rep. Aiyash moved to amend the title to read as follows: A bill to amend 1967 PA 281, entitled “Income tax act of 1967,” (MCL 206.1 to 206.847) by adding section 716. The motion prevailed. The House agreed to the title as amended. Rep. Aiyash moved that the bill be given immediate effect. The motion prevailed, 2/3 of the members serving voting therefor. Rep.
