The bill was referred to the Clerk for enrollment printing and presentation to the Governor. Third Reading of Bills House Bill No. 4605, entitled A bill to amend 1933 PA 167, entitled “General sales tax act,” by amending section 25 (MCL 205.75), as amended by 2021 PA 108. (The bill was not passed, a majority of the members serving not voting therefor, vote reconsidered and bill postponed temporarily on November 2, see House Journal No. 93, p. 2235.)
