By unanimous consent the House returned to the order of Messages from the Senate House Bill No. 4476, entitled A bill to amend 1931 PA 328, entitled “The Michigan penal code,” (MCL 750.1 to 750.568) by adding section 147c. The Senate has substituted (S-4) the bill. The Senate has passed the bill as substituted (S-4) and pursuant to Joint Rule 20, inserted the full title. The Speaker announced that pursuant to Rule 42, the bill was laid over one day. Rep. Wilson moved that Rule 42 be suspended. The motion prevailed, 3/5 of the members present voting therefor.
