By unanimous consent the House returned to the order of Messages from the Senate The Speaker laid before the House House Bill No. 4343, entitled A bill to amend 2005 PA 244, entitled “Deferred presentment service transactions act,” by amending section 51 (MCL 487.2171). (The bill was received from the Senate on March 14, with substitute (S-2) and full title inserted, consideration of which, under the rules, was postponed until March 19, see House Journal No. 25, p. 231.)
