- Senate Bill No. 682, entitled A bill to amend 1949 PA 300, entitled “Michigan vehicle code,” (MCL 257.1 to 257.923) by adding section 628b. The bill was read a second time. Rep. St. Germaine moved to substitute (H-1) the bill. The motion did not prevail and the substitute (H-1) was not adopted, a majority of the members serving not voting therefor. Rep. Aiyash moved that consideration of the bill be postponed temporarily. The motion prevailed. By unanimous consent the House returned to the order of Third Reading of Bills House Bill No. 5147, entitled A bill to amend 2015 PA 45, entitled “Higher education authorization and distance education reciprocal exchange act,” by repealing section 7 (MCL 390.1697).
