- The motion prevailed. House Bill No. 5737, entitled A bill to amend 1994 PA 451, entitled “Natural resources and environmental protection act,” by amending sections 43517 and 43520 (MCL 324.43517 and 324.43520), section 43517 as amended by 2018 PA 399 and section 43520 as amended by 2018 PA 4. Was read a second time, and the question being on the adoption of the proposed substitute (H-1) previously recommended by the Committee on Natural Resources, Environment, Tourism and Outdoor Recreation, The substitute (H-1) was adopted, a majority of the members serving voting therefor. Rep. Aiyash moved that the bill be placed on the order of Third Reading of Bills. The motion prevailed. By unanimous consent the House returned to the order of Third Reading of Bills House Bill No. 5223, entitled A bill to amend 1949 PA 300, entitled “Michigan vehicle code,” (MCL 257.1 to 257.923) by adding section 79h.
