Aiyash moved to reconsider the vote by which the House did not pass the bill. The motion prevailed, a majority of the members serving voting therefor. The question being on the passage of the bill, Rep. Hill moved to amend the bill as follows: 1. Amend page 4, line 2, after “No.” by striking out “5378” and inserting “5747”. The motion was seconded and the amendment was adopted, a majority of the members serving voting therefor.
