- Rep. Phil Green, under Rule 31, made the following statement: “Mr. Speaker and members of the House: I did not vote on Roll Call No. 157 because of a possible conflict of interest.” House Bill No. 5031, entitled A bill to amend 1966 PA 346, entitled “State housing development authority act of 1966,” by amending section 21 (MCL 125.1421), as amended by 2000 PA 257. The bill was read a third time. The question being on the passage of the bill, Rep. Puri moved to substitute (H-2) the bill. The motion was seconded and the substitute (H-2) was adopted, a majority of the members serving voting therefor.
