House Bill No. 4427, entitled A bill to amend 1976 PA 442, entitled “Freedom of information act,” by amending sections 1, 2, 3, and 5 (MCL 15.231, 15.232, 15.233, and 15.235), section 1 as amended by 1997 PA 6, section 2 as amended by 2018 PA 68, section 3 as amended by 2018 PA 523, and section 5 as amended by 2020 PA 36. (The bill was read a third time, amended and postponed temporarily on June 11, see House Journal No. 52, p. 673.) The question being on the passage of the bill, Rep.
