(The bill was considered earlier today, see today’s Journal, p. 796.) Rep. O’Neal moved that the bill be placed on the order of Third Reading of Bills. The motion prevailed. Rep. Wilson moved that the bill be placed on its immediate passage. The motion prevailed, a majority of the members serving voting therefor. By unanimous consent the House returned to the order of Third Reading of Bills House Bill No. 5060, entitled A bill to repeal 1981 PA 230, entitled “Michigan economic and social opportunity act of 1981,” (MCL 400.1101 to 400.1119).
