- Third: That the Senate and House agree to the title of the bill to read as follows: A bill to make, supplement, adjust, and consolidate appropriations for various state departments and agencies, the judicial branch, and the legislative branch and for capital outlay purposes for the fiscal years ending September 30, 2024 and September 30, 2025; to provide for certain conditions on appropriations; to provide for the expenditure of the appropriations; and to repeal acts and parts of acts. Aiyash moved pursuant to Joint Rule 9, that the Journal printing requirement be suspended, printed copies of the conference report having been made available to each Member.
