Third Reading of Bills Senate Bill No. 817, entitled A bill to make, supplement, and adjust appropriations for certain capital outlay projects and the department of natural resources for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024; to provide for expenditure of the appropriations; and to prescribe certain conditions for the appropriations. The question being on the passage of the bill, Rep. Witwer moved to substitute (H-1) the bill. The motion was seconded and the substitute (H-1) was adopted, a majority of the members serving voting therefor.
