The Speaker laid before the House House Bill No. 5684, entitled A bill to amend 1980 PA 299, entitled “Occupational code,” by amending sections 1201 and 1210 (MCL 339.1201 and 339.1210), section 1201 as amended by 2020 PA 20 and section 1210 as amended by 1997 PA 97. (The bill was received from the Senate on November 7, with substitute (S-2) and title amendment, consideration of which, under the rules, was postponed until today, see House Journal No. 75, p. 1589.)
