House Bill No. 5101, entitled A bill to amend 1967 PA 281, entitled “Income tax act of 1967,” (MCL 206.1 to 206.847) by adding section 717. (The bill was received from the Senate on April 10, with substitute (S-1) and full title inserted, consideration of which, under the rules, was postponed until April 11, see House Journal No. 30, p. 274.) The question being on concurring in the substitute (S-1) made to the bill by the Senate, Rep. Rogers moved to substitute (H-2) the Senate substitute (S-1). The motion prevailed and the substitute (H-2) was adopted, a majority of the members serving voting therefor.
