- By unanimous consent the House returned to the order of Third Reading of Bills Rep. Aiyash moved that House Bill No. 4900 be placed on its immediate passage. The motion prevailed, a majority of the members serving voting therefor. House Bill No. 4900, entitled A bill to amend 1961 PA 236, entitled “Revised judicature act of 1961,” by amending sections 2807, 4011, 4015, 4031, 4061a, 6023, 6027, 6059, and 6104 (MCL 600.2807, 600.4011, 600.4015, 600.4031, 600.4061a, 600.6023, 600.6027, 600.6059, and 600.6104), section 2807 as added by 2004 PA 136, section 4011 as amended and section 4061a as added by 1994 PA 346, and section 6023 as amended by 2012 PA 553, and by adding sections 4001a, 4032, 4033, 6001a, 6023b, 6023c, 6023d, 6023e, 6023f, 6023g, and 6023h. Was read a third time and passed, a majority of the members serving voting therefor, by yeas and nays, as follows:
