- A bill to amend 1979 PA 72, entitled “An act to require the governor to report certain tax information with the annual budget message to the legislature,” by amending section 6 (MCL 21.276), as amended by 1983 PA 7. The House of Representatives has passed the bill and ordered that it be given immediate effect. Senator Singh moved that the bill be given immediate effect. The motion prevailed, 2/3 of the members serving voting therefor. The bill was referred to the Secretary for enrollment printing and presentation to the Governor.
