Brinks Geiss McDonald Rivet Shink Camilleri Hertel McMorrow Singh Cavanagh Irwin Moss Wojno Excused—0 Not Voting—0 In The Chair: Moss Senator Damoose offered the following amendment: 1. Amend page 17, following line 29, by inserting: “Sec. 218. If the state administrative board, acting under section 3 of 1921 PA 2, MCL 17.3, transfers funds from an amount appropriated under this act, the legislature may, by a concurrent resolution adopted by a majority of the members elected to and serving in each house, intertransfer funds within this act for the particular department, board, commission, officer, or institution.”. The amendment was not adopted, a majority of the members serving not voting therefor.
