Amend page 51, following line 19, by inserting: “ Sec. 274b. Each public university that receives an appropriation in section 236 must not require students to receive a COVID-19 vaccination as a condition of attendance at that university. ”. The amendment was not adopted, a majority of the members serving not voting therefor.
