- Excused—0 Not Voting—0 In The Chair: President Senator McBroom offered the following amendments: 1. Amend page 12, following line 4, by inserting: “Upper peninsula transitional housing 515,900” and adjusting the subtotals, totals, and section 201 accordingly. 2. Amend page 106, following line 11, by inserting: “Sec. 1111. The funds appropriated in part 1 for upper peninsula transitional housing shall be allocated to a nonprofit shelter and transitional housing provider in a city with a population between 20,000 and 21,000 in a county with a population between 66,000 and 67,000 for the purpose of renovation and service expansion.”. The amendments were not adopted, a majority of the members serving not voting therefor.
