Amend page 32, following line 12, by inserting: “Enacting section 2. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days after the date it is enacted into law. However, this amendatory act does not take effect until the Midcontinent Independent System Operator issues a report concluding that this amendatory act will increase or maintain grid reliability.”.
