Lindsey Runestad Not Voting—0 In The Chair: President Pursuant to Joint Rule 20, the full title of the act shall be inserted to read as follows: “An act to establish certain standards for foster care and adoption services for children and their families; and to prescribe powers and duties of certain state agencies and departments and adoption facilitators,” The Senate agreed to the full title. Senator Lindsey entered the Senate Chamber.
