Context text: Not Voting—0 In The Chair: Moss Senator Hoitenga offered the following amendments: 1. Amend page 5, following line 19, by inserting: “Food bank council 5,000,000”. 2. Amend page 5, line 23, after “15.0” by striking out the balance of the bill and inserting “39,949,800”. 3. Amend page 68, following line 10, by inserting: “Sec. 602. The funds appropriated in part 1 for food bank council must be allocated to the food bank council to support food banks throughout the state.”. The question being on the adoption of the amendments, Senator Lauwers requested the yeas and nays. The yeas and nays were ordered, 1/5 of the members present voting therefor. The amendments were not adopted, a majority of the members serving not voting therefor, as follows:
