Context text: Cavanagh Irwin Moss Wojno Excused—2 Damoose McBroom Not Voting—0 In The Chair: Moss Senator Bellino offered the following amendment: 1. Amend page 79, following line 18, by inserting: “Sec. 710. The MDOS shall not use any state funds to process or provide a state issued driver license or a state issued identification card to any individual who is not a legal citizen of the United States and who also cannot provide proof of legal resident status in the United States.”. The question being on the adoption of the amendment, Senator Lauwers requested the yeas and nays. The yeas and nays were ordered, 1/5 of the members present voting therefor.
