- The following bill was read a third time: Senate Bill No. 813, entitled A bill to amend 1961 PA 236, entitled “Revised judicature act of 1961,” by amending section 2163a (MCL 600.2163a), as amended by 2018 PA 343. The question being on the passage of the bill, Senator Runestad offered the following amendment: 1. Amend page 5, line 4, after “proceedings” by striking out the period and inserting a comma and “ including admission at the preliminary examination instead of in addition to the live testimony of the witness.”. The amendment was not adopted, a majority of the members serving not voting therefor. Senator Runestad offered the following amendment: 1. Amend page 11, line 19, by striking out all of subsection (26) . The amendment was not adopted, a majority of the members serving not voting therefor.
