The following bill was read a third time: House Bill No. 4132, entitled A bill to amend 1949 PA 300, entitled “Michigan vehicle code,” by amending sections 79d, 907, and 909 (MCL 257.79d, 257.907, and 257.909), section 79d as added by 2003 PA 315, section 907 as amended by 2024 PA 22, and section 909 as amended by 2000 PA 94, and by adding sections 2c, 627c, and 907a.
